Project Information
Political and civil instability in Pakistan has placed many segments of society under stress. Adults working in a competitive work environment are at greater risk of developing mental health problems. We adapted a 5-session group psychosocial intervention, incorporating principles of stress management, problem solving, behavioral activation, peer-support and adaptive leadership and evaluated its effectiveness to improve psychological well-being in a group of trainee civil servants in Pakistan.
