The Institute of Public Health Nursing and Midwifery – Global Institute of Human Development (IPHN&M-GIHD) is a Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PN&MC)- recognized teaching institute in Mandra, Gujar Khan. Under supervision of expert faculty comprising experienced gynecologists, doctors, and nursing faculty, it is offering Lady Health Visitors (LHV) and Community Midwifery (CMW) Courses.

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for the Community Midwifery Course:
- Matric (Science or Arts) with at least 40% marks.
- Merit is based on educational qualifications and includes (5) marks for Hafiz-e-Quran.
- Age limit: 14 to 40 years.
Eligibility criteria for the Lady Health Visitor Course:
- At least 45% marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects.
- Merit is based on educational qualifications and includes (5) marks for Hafiz-e-Quran.
- At least 45% marks in Matric Science (with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects).
- Age limit: 14 to 35 years
Documents Required
Prospective candidates who wish to apply for admission should submit their applications online or send a hard copy admission form to the Institute along with the attested copies of following documents:
Academic Credentials Documentation.
- Two attested Passport Size Photographs
- Attested Copy of Matric Certificate
- Attested Copy of F.Sc Certificate (optional)
- Attested Copy of National Identity Card or B Form.
- Attested Copy of Father/Guardian’s National Identity Card
- Attested Copy of Domicile Certificate.
- Attested of Certificate from a registered institution in case of being a Hafiz-e-Quran (optional).

Financial Aid & On-Campus Hostel Facilities
- Scholarship for students with 70% or above marks
- On-campus hostel facility is also available for candidates from outside Rawalpindi/ Islamabad
- Pick and drop facility is available for candidate from Rawalpindi/Islamabad
